reusable schemas

Many thanks for the excellent idea in coming up with a best practices
document.

I have a suggestion,

How about the best practices also including a section on :-
a. designing schemas for use by xml-instance documents
b. designing schemas for use by other schemas

Isn't approach 1 (boxes within boxes) more suited for (a) and approach 2 and
3 more suited for (b). From the OO-view, a schema "interface" (approach 1)
or multiple schema interfaces can be created from the reusable schemas
(approach 2 and 3) to suit different types of xml-instance documents. Here
the thinking is to encapsulate as much possible from the the xml instance
document.

Just a thought.

Thanks and regards,

Ajay
