I get ta pop-up that says

Struzzo.exe the application filed to start because its side by side configuration is incorrect.

Hi David,

This usually happens when the Microsoft C++ run-time is not installed correctly.

Try the Microsoft standalone package.
http://download.stylusstudio.com/stylusstudio/downloads/vcredist_x86.exe

I fear you may be facing an issue beyond Stylus Studio.

What type of failure? Can you post a screen-shot?

Which Windows version are you running? Is it 64 bits?

Have you run the installer as Administrator?

You should have a log file in your temp folder which have more details on why the installation failed; if you can find it, email it to stylussupport@ivitechnologies.com


Make sure that the following Windows Service does not have Start up Type set to disabled.

- Windows Modules Installer
