I have a CSV that I need to convert to XML. I have attached both samples for review. The issue is that multiple lines can make up a single XML record. I need to be able to group them by content found within the CSV. As example in my samples you can see that lines 4, 5, and 6 represent a single member within the XML. Thanks in advance.
