I need to clarify few things here.
First I am a individual user and purchased the 2007 Enterprise edition for all the features instead of the professional version. I installed the software on one of DIAC's PC's (allocated to me for work) when I worked there as a contractor for a short while (2 and half months in 2007) and I think I removed it when I left them (In any case they would have wiped out whole PC image as a standard procedure, I reckon, when I left.)
Please correct your records to this effect.
Secondly this time around I would like to order only one updgrade licence (I am interested only in installing and using it from my new laptop. I can create XSLTs and XSDs... from the laptop and transfer them to the work PC whereever I work. Is this possible. If so could you re-issue the document with
Lakshmi Narasimhan Madhavan
Also how do I purchase the upgrade (2010) which you have quoted in the document. I cannot see any way of puchasing a upgrade from stylus studio web site. Could you give me more information here.
Could you please respond as quickly as possible. I need to do the purchase before 30 June 2010 for Tax purposes.

As I did not recieve any response from you guys, I have purchased today a 1 user licence of the Enterprise version 2010 (Order Id: 38456YN-9CG5T).
It is quite disappointing that there is no response for my further query/advice.
Please see to it that my details with this licence (I will be installing & activating the software on my new laptop today) do not show any company name (I have not supplied any name when ordering online) as I always purchase as a Individual user (myself) to use it as a IT professional (contractor).

I have been on vacation and just saw your online board post. I had sent you an email with detailed instructions on 6/14/2010 for your upgrade purchase.
I also see your recent order. I'm going to have $295 refunded to you from our shopping cart comapny, as you did purchase the full version instead of the upgrade version.
Please email me directly at: firstname.lastname@example.org rather than post messages on the technical support board. I'm in sales and am not as prompt as some of the tech team in reading all of the posts. Between vacation and the fact this was on the support board, I missed your recent complaint.
