Hi,

I want to configure Xerces J in stylus studio. I know where is the option but i dont know how to setup the environment. Can anyone go through this step by step how to configure it.

Hi Raja,
you can add a new entry in the Custom Validation Engines page of the Tools | Options menu using these values:

Title: Xerces-J 2.9.0

Command: java.exe
Arguments: -Djavax.xml.parsers.SAXParserFactory=org.apache.xerces.jaxp.SAXParserFactoryImpl -cp "C:\xerces-2_9_0\xercesImpl.jar;${StylusDir}\Custom Validation Engines\Java built-in\JavaBuiltinValidator.jar" com.stylusstudio.validate.builtin.Validate ${SchemaURLFile} ${FilePath}
Path: <the path to your preferred Java VM>

Check the button "Support validation of XML" and uncheck "Support validation of XMLSchema".
