We have a problem :
We created a softgrid package (with softgrid sequencer 4.2) on a Windows Server 2003 R2 SP2 from Stylus Studio. We run this package in a Citrix farm (Presentation server 4.5). The program starts up and is working fine, but sometimes the program closes automatically without any error or trace.
Does anyone know if Stylus Studio is supported for Softgrid packages and/or Citrix and/or Windows Server 2003?
Do we have to add other applications or patches in the same package?
If we run the same application locally on an XP pc, we didn't see any problems yet.
