I'm a licensed user of Stylus Studio Enterprise. I have three computers that the software is installed on, but it appears that the software can only function on two computers. I am the sole user of this software, and no versions of it run simultaneously. The problem is that the third installation does not work. It displays a message about calling a toll-free number for manual activation (the software was previously activated and working fine though). The phone number plays a messages stating to email sales.
A few weeks ago, I did email sales. Sales got the one installation working, but now one of the installations that used to work no longer works. I do not wish to keep emailing sales to get one version working. A couple questions: first, what are the license details for a single user using his licensed copy? Is there a limitation on the number of computers it can execute on? I did search for this information previously, but it is nowhere to be found. The software does not include licensing information.
I have already emailed all of these details to sales, but again, I need help getting the software working or details of your licensing. When I previously sent the details of three computers, I did not receive any information about this not being allowed.

Hmm. No response after two email messages sent, and the software continues to not function. Nevermind. I have uninstalled all versions of StylusStudio from all of my computers.
I received a 50% price reduction on a competitive upgrade to the latest version of oXygen Enterprise edition.
