How do I view the toolbox pane? There is no item on the View menu or other menu that I can see and the Help text doesn't tell me how to do that. I have the Enterprise edition and have activated it.

Hi Stephen,
when you say Toolbox pane, do you refer to the one containing the components for the pipeline editor? In this case it is not a separate window, but it's on the right side of each pipeline editor window, separated by a splitter bar. If you don't see when you open a pipeline, it could be that the splitter bar has been moved all the way to the right side.

Thanks. I hadn't realized that the toolbox pane comes up automatically whn you create a new pipeline. I was trying to open the toolbox pane first before creating a pipeline (and tearing my hair out because I couldn't). Nil points to the Help file, I think.
