I have 2 licenses for the enterprise version. My machine cannot activate the license over the network due to our firewall. I have emailed and called support for many days since last week and I'm getting no answer and help from anyway. This is the last place I know of to try and get help on this matter.
I require a manual activation method. Will someone at the company please help me?
