How to display French date in excel 97 using XSLT?



I am using XSLT 1.0.Our project backend is oracle.

French date out put displayed in Microsoft EXCEL 97.



How to display french date in excel using XSLT 1.0.
Is it possible to display french date in XSLT 1.0?



Please give suggestion.
