Subject:Have problems with displaying STYLUS STUDIO HELP documentation Author:Jack Tan Date:13 Feb 2007 03:23 PM
I am running Stylus Studio Enterprise Edition Build 653g.
I can not display the content of HELP Documentation. A popup window with help index is there but when selected a topic, it does not show it up; I can however print it in Acrobat so the files with content are available.
When requesting Help>Technical Support it call for Firefox browser. Do I need to use Explorer?
It is hard to help myself when I can not read help documentation.

Hi, Jack. Can you tell me how you're displaying the help? If you're pressing F1 or using the Help menu, the help document (a .chm file) should appear in its own window, not a web browser.

It shows in separate window but no matter what I will type, be it F4 or explicit Help>Documentation I do not have the access to the content (which I can print)

Hi, Jack. I'm sorry you're experiencing this problem. When you first display the help window, does the content pane (the area to the right of the pane that allows you to display the TOC or index, etc.) display any error or message, or is it simply blank?

I am attaching a screen shot. One can click on TOC buit the content is not showing. Yet, when you chose to print it - the content is printed correctly.
