Not sure if this make sense from a tool perspective, but is it possible to generate an XML document from an XML schema?

There are two way to create a XML document starting froma schema

1) File -> Document Wizard -> XML Schema to XML

2) Open the schema
Select any global element and click Diagram -> View XML Sample
