I am soo pissed. I just spent 30 minutes marking up a xsd document and then tried to save the doc to the local file system and Stylus crashed (activeX box appears about an error report). I am using Windows XP. If there isn't a good answer for this, I want my money back from this purchase.

If you are running Home Edition 2006 Release 3 (Build 653c - you can check that in the Help > About dialog), please download a fresh Home Edition package from http://www.stylusstudio.com/download; that should install BL653d that most likely addresses the problem you have experienced.

i just downloaded the purchased home edition an hour ago. what good does this do to re-download?

If you clear your web browser cache, you should get a fresh BL653d installation package; I am assuming that you are currently running BL653c (even if you haven't confirmed that yet); and BL653d will fix the problem you have experienced.

If the problem persists running BL653d, then we will need to see the log information that Stylus Studio suggests emailing to us when any crash happens.

I downloaded and repaired the original installation -- version build is now 653d.

This bug no longer appears. Problem solved. Improve QA!
