I am using Home edition. When I 'file|new|DTD Schema' I get the appropraite form, but no DTD icons/menu items. What gives?

The DTD menu becomes visible only when you switch to the Tree tab (at the bottom of the DTD documents); the commands listed there don't apply to the Text tab.

Except for font selection, the toolbar buttons (that are shared by the XML Editor) don't apply to the DTD editor.
