Hi,
I am using Stylus Studio and I am trying to connect to Oracle 9i, I am finding that it takes a very long time (over an hour) to connect. I have tried specifing a Schema name in the connection, but that doesn't seem to make a difference. It looks like it is trying to create metadata for the entire Oracle database.
I have setup my connection string with a schema=schemaName - do you have any other suggestions to make the connect time faster?

Kim,
the Sonic "Integration Framework" IDE, shipped as part of Sonic ESB, is based on a relatively old version of Stylus Studio, and it's supported by Sonic Software; you may want to contact them for help on that specific version.
You may be interested in testing a more recent version of the standalone Stylus Studio product; you can install it from http://www.stylusstudio.com/download; it won't affect your current integration framework installation, as long as you accept the default installation location.
Hi,
Are you aware of any issue with connecting to Oracle with the older version of Sytlus? Or anything I can try to improve the time it takes to make the connection.
