Subject:Font which is used for the XML-Schema Diagram View Author:Michel Stauffer Date:02 Mar 2006 08:42 AM
Hello,
Last year we have tested Stylus Studio Professional Edition v.6 and now we bought the newest release(v.7). This morning i have found a difference between these two versions. As the example picture shows, the font which is used for XML-Schemas for the diagram view, is different.
The font which was used in the older release of Stylus Studio was much better. The visible quality for these diagrams are very important for me. because i have to save some images for the project-documentation.

Michel,
Schema Diagram defaults to use the same font used by the text editor pane; by default (and as long as it can display all the characters in your XML Schema document) that font is Courier. The part you circled in particular is a bold Courier (the element name).
You can change the default font used to display XML Schema (and XML Documents) in:
Tools > Options > Editor Format
Select the "XML Editor" editor, and choose the font you prefer. You may need to close and re-open your XML Schema to see the changes applied.
You can also change the font used by Schema Diagram in a "transient" way, by clicking on the diagram and the choosing Edit > Change Font >...
