The auto-generated documentation feature generates graphics filenames like this:

complextype_af_type.jpg
simpletype_country_alpha2_code_type.jpg

but generates links to them like this:


<img src="images\complexType_af_type.jpg" />
<img src="images\simpleType_country_alpha2_code_type.jpg" />

The links therefore are broken when the pages are hosted on a case sensitive web server.
