Windows XP environment. Web server Apache 2 / Tomcat 3.
I have developed an extension in Java that is called from xsl. This works fine in Stylus Studio but when I try and run query in anything outside of the studio I get an error like the following:

Function not in namespaceError in XPath expression, Function not in namespace
XSLT stack dump

I declare the function with the following:

<xsl:stylesheet xmlns:xsl="http://www.w3.org/1999/XSL/Transform"
xmlns:ext="EvalPEConfig"
version ="1.0">

It is called by the following:

<xsl:value-of disable-output-escaping="yes"
select="ext:ReadAndPrintXMLFile('WFI_USER_DATA','securityCode',string($securitycode))" />

The java function is in classpath environment variable.

Bill,

Could you post the entire stacktrace you get?

Did you try to use the XalanJ processor from inside Stylus Studio?
