Based on my search, this has been a feature request here since 2004. http://www.stylusstudio.com/SSDN/default.asp?action=9&read=3145&fid=23

The other vendors have this feature.

We should be able to flatten XSD schemas with your tool. I have a schema that has an import from a Microsoft schema. I shouldn't have to use Notepad++ with search and replace to do this.
