Hi,

I'm facing problems in removing the namespace in the output XML.

Input XML:

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
<o:Request xsi:schemaLocation="http://www.abc.org/ML/xyz/xyz ML.xsd" xmlns:o="http://www.abc.org/ML/xyz/xyz-ML" xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance">
<o:header>
<o:cnode1>aaaaaaaaaaaaaa</o:cnode1>
<o:cnode2>Validate</o:cnode2>
<o:cnode3>String</o:cnode3>
</o:header>
</o:Request>

Expected output XML:

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>

The XSL I'm using is this:
<xsl:stylesheet version="1.0" xmlns:xsl="http://www.w3.org/1999/XSL/Transform" xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance" xmlns:o="http://www.abc.org/ML/xyz/xyz-ML" exclude-result-prefixes="o">
<xsl:output indent="yes" method="xml"/>
<xsl:template match="/">
<o:Response>
<o:header>
<o:cnode1><xsl:value-of select="//o:header/o:cnode1"/></o:cnode1>
<o:cnode2><xsl:value-of select="//o:header/o:cnode2"/></o:cnode2>
<o:cnode3><xsl:value-of select="//o:header/o:cnode3"/></o:cnode3>
</o:header>
<o:responsehdr>
<ccnode1>dfgreg</ccnode1>
<ccnode2>sdff</ccnode2>

But the with this the output I'm getting is this:

How can I modify my XSL to remove the namespace coming in <o:header>?

P.S: There is a limitation from my application that I cannot use XSLT Version 2.0

either remove the xsi namespace in the stylesheet node, or change attribute
exclude-result-prefixes="o xsi">
