I am using Stylus Studio 6 release 3 (evaluation) with Saxon 8.4 selected as the processor and PDF for output format.

The values of variables are not showing in the debug watch window, alhtough they are showing correctly in the preview window.

If I change to Built-in, Saxon 6.5.3 or XalanJ processor, then the debug watch shows the variable values.

Is this a known problem, fixed in the released version, or is there something I should do differently?

Hi Ken,

We have seen cases when Saxon optimizes the code dropping variables.
Do you have a test case on hand to try?
