Subject:Cannot get Stylus Studio Enterprise Edition to work! Author:shae devlin Date:26 Aug 2005 06:00 PM
I am unable to get Stylus Studio to work correctly.
Initially I had the Enterprise edition trial version,
and then I installed a licensed copy of the Professional edition.
Long story short....
Everything worked fine until I unistalled the trial version and restarted my computer.
Once I did that I got an error unable to find registry information.
So I uninstalled the product and tried to install a liscensed version of
the enterprise edition.
The new Error:
Stylus Studio detected a change in your hardware configuration.
In order to fully enable your license, Stylus Studio needs to connect to its server and re-activate your key.
Everytime I tried to register the software the same error kept popping up.
Any assitance in this matter will be greatly appreciated.
I attached an Screen print of the error message to this message

We are checking your activation key to check if for any reason the activation server is refusing to validate your key.
I'm assuming that when you are prompted to re-activate you are connected to the Internet, and that Stylus Studio is able to connect too; is that assumption correct?
