In an HTTP URL, the '#' is the fragment identifier.
Anything after '#' isn't actually part of the address of the document,
but refers to a subset of the document.
Many internet tools will have difficulty with URLs that use a '#'
as a part of the base name.

Thanks for the reply. This statement is true.
However I tested the same Berkeley DB database today with a newly released version of a competitor's tool and this tool doesn't have the issues I encountered with Stylus Studio.
