Hi



I've tried to install newer version of Stylust Studio 2007 XML Professional Suite. Unfortunately it's not possible. While uninstalling present version InstallShield simply stops responding. When I tried to simply overinstall new version Install Shield reports error (window attached). The polish message means: File name, directory name or volume label is incorrect.



One additional question about licence. I've got single user licence. May I install my Stylus Studio on my desktop computer and notebook? Both computers are used by me only.

What version is currently installed on your computer?

That seems to hint to a corrupted donwload package, or to some strange installShield issue; can you check if you have a _IKernel.exe running process? If yes, terminate it. Also, which folder is the TEMP environment variable pointing at? Does that location have at least 200MB of available disk space?

You should be able to do that, yes.
