Can you tell us a bit more about what you were doing when the crash
happened? Is that something you can reproduce?

Hello Minollo,

The error happens when I change source xml url at Scenario Properties panel. It happenes a lot, and I'm not sure if it is relationship with this code-






On that code which i think SS makes it automatically, if I default="yes" changes to no, then save the file, sometimes there's no error message, but sometimes it has error even if i change it. I think it's kind of bug.

That's all I know about this bug.

Interesting; so the crash not running any processing, but just choosing a
scenario, right?

Are both the XSLT and XML documents stored in eXcelon XIS? Is "u2" the name
of the local machine where the XIS server is running?

Yes, without no processing, it happens when I try to change Source XML URL, and, of course u2 is the name of the local machine, my computer. Also, both of them are stored in the same Store, but not same directory.

What version of XIS are you running? Do you ever experience crashes or
problems of any kind accessing your XIS repository with XIS Manager?
(I'm asking because XIS Manager and Stylus Studio use the same COM API to
access XIS)

What I'm using is vesion 3.1 BL#198, and SS is 3.1 build 066d. I almost have no problem using XIS -only when my network being changed, it sometimes can't connect, but it's no problem because it could connect when I restart Service.

p.s I didn't upgrade SS newer version yet bcz the other workers said that they are asked to register when they started newest version.

That's weird; the log you initially posted was about Stylus studio BL69...

That shouldn't happen; what version are you running, eval, promo or paid?

You have mentioned that the crash happen quite frequently to you;
unfortunately we cannot reproduce it here. If we prepare an instrumented
build, would you be willing to test it on your system (basically it would
be a build which dumps a much more verbose log file)?

I am sorry about the first error report, it was messages before I reinstalled my whold system new. At that time, I installed BPM, SS, XIS all together, and the first message I posted was from that system-windows2000 server, and the error message I just post is from my new OS-Windows 2000 professional with only installed XIS and SS. I'm working at Datec corp.in Korea, so here at work we use standard edition which we downloaded from your FTP. Now, I understand why error message seems to be different, because that was older one than that I'm using now. So, you could see recent error message that I just posted.

Of course I will test when I get it.

I did a same thing, try to change Source XML URL, and got this log. And I think it looks like different message with one that I already posted before.

It might be happened because of the file name-xml, is Korean?
