When editing an xsl-fo stylesheet, fo:block-container is not available on the selection list and when entered by hand remains highlighted in orange, indicating an error. However, the transform runs without error and the stylesheet runs correctly in RenderX and Antenna House processors.

Any idea why this element is not included?

Thank You for reporting this.
The definition for fo:block-container is missing from
<Stylus Studio dir>\bin\Plugins\Configuration Files\languages.xml

The next update will have it fixed.
