If your XSLT processor supports EXPath Binary (Saxon-PE/EE does ), then you can use the technique illustrated at http://expath.org/spec/binary#example%E2%80%93JPEG. Alternatively if you can execute Java functions as extension functions, then are quite a few possibilities through that route. Is there a way to obtain the height or width of a jpeg image from the file itself (image.jpg, for instance) using XSLT? Or, can someone suggest another way to do this programmatically?
