Hi Rick, In Michael Kay's book, check under xsl:for-each-group, "Using group-starting-with", there is an example "Handling flat XHTML documents" which describes the situation. I think it is easier to understand group-starting-with="section" instead of group-ending-with and knowing that the first group will contain everything up to the first <section>.
