Re: Can the default function namespace be undeclared i

In XSLT the default function namespace is always the "fn" namespace; this
cannot be changed. Functions in any other namespace therefore need to be
written with a prefix.

This was a deliberate design decision made at the time the "fn" namespace was
introduced.
