Sorry, but the download link doesn't resolve:

   http://www.saxonica.com/saxon-c/libsaxon-HEC-setup

   http://www.saxonica.com/saxon-c/saxon-c/libsaxon-HEC_jetpdb.zip

(The second one has a second '/saxon-c'.)

Since Excelsior Jet is a commercial product, under what terms can Saxon/C
be used?
