 XSLT2.0 coding guidelines
Hi list,

I'm beginning to attend some stylesheet project that uses XSLT2.0. The
XSLT processor will become Saxon.

In Japan there are no translated XSLT2.0 books. There are only
translations of W3C XSLT2.0 recommendation. But it is not so popular.
As a result the existing XSLT2.0 codes are very poor enough. For
instance it does not use *ANY* as="..." attribute for xsl:variable or
xsl:parameter.
I think it is not XSLT 2.0 stylesheet. From the programmer's perspective
the coding guideline is needed because it is hard for many programmer to
understand large XSLT2.0 (or XPath2.0) specifications from the scratch.
If there is any coding guidelines, they will learn from it the
differences between XSLT1.0 and XSLT2.0 step by step.

Are there any XSLT2.0 coding guidelines for the stylesheet programmer?

Any suggestions are welcome.

Regards,
