Theoretically, yes.  It may not be a pleasant regex, and given the
desire to constrain the last page to be higher than the first, itbs
going to be huge.  Also, are you really asking users to type an en-dash?
 I am literally the only person I know who does so when not on a Macintosh.

But I would second Wendell.  It sounds like your constraints are both
complex enough and computationally straightforward enough that you are
better off asking your users for the first and last pages, and computing
everything else.
