Does this imply that C)lem (with LATIN SMALL LETTER E WITH ACUTE) and eLlem (with LATIN SMALL LETTER E and COMBINING ACUTE ACCENT) are two different element names? That would be a source of hidden errors, because no editor will show the difference.
