AW: round-half-to-even problem.

I still can't figure out how to round correctly.

If I do format-number(1351.845, '.00') it gives me 1351.84
If I do format-number(298.155, '.00') it gives me 298.16   <- that's how I
want it.

I have no idea why that happens.
