thread, but this question is off-list to XSL-List so I'm afraid to
write a technical response to this question here.

There's a an official list "xmlschema-dev@xxxxxx" for discussing XML
Schema issues. Subscription help for W3C discussion lists is available
at http://www.w3.org/Mail/.
