does xsl:for-each-group acts like inner join?


Sorry, I last did SQL about 25 years ago and I can't remember for the life of me what an inner join is. I don't think it can be quite the same because the result of xsl:for-each-group is not a relation; but perhaps there is some kind of analogy.
