no but you can put the filters back on: I missed them off so as not to
overstress my typing ability

or you can do

<xsl:for-each-group select="$docs/xs:schema/xs:complexType"
group-by="@name">
<xsl:copy-of select="."/>
</xsl:for-each-group>

If you only want one of each name.
