The code you posted earlier had

> preceding-sibling::Content-type[2])

which is looking for the second (going backwards) Content-type element.
Your posted example doesn't have one Content-type element never mind
two.
presumably you intended preceding-sibling::Content-Type[1])

Alythough you really only want that test in a template matching body (or
as Michael commented in the pattern  matching its parent) rather than
matching on every node and looking for this sibling every time.
