 unparsed-text-collection()
For the task of processing a directory of csv files into xml, a
collection() function that returned the equivalent of calling
unparsed-text() on each file would be really useful.

Is there any way of achieving that now (using Saxon in my case)
without using a custom resolver?

Is it likely to make it into the language?
