The XSLT you've provided isn't complete, so it is very difficult to determine what is going wrong.

Can you post a complete copy of the stylesheet?

I do not how to get the layout to output, can you help?

What is it that is going wrong? Are you getting an empty result? A partial result? Are you getting any error messages?
