India makes sense - practically every project has an outsourced component because: a) management have no idea about complexities of writing software and think once it's been designed anyone can code it b) perceived cost savings There was a similar move a few years ago to shift call centers to India, which has now been proven to have failed because they are moving them back again (here in the UK they're advertising "UK based call centers" as some sort of benefit of the product). If a basic support line has failed, why would anyone think developing software in this way would work? -- Andrew Welch http://andrewjwelch.com Kernow: http://kernowforsaxon.sf.net/
