And while we're at it -- congratulations on the 4th edition of the Programmer's Reference. Every XSLT programmer is certain to appreciate the level of care, effort and expertise that has gone into this. And the new format finally does justice to the content, I think.

Interesting to recall that I was doing things like multiple-file output and
streaming that are still not available in many of today's mature XSLT
processors.

Well, but those are natural on top of SAX, aren't they?
