Converting special characters in a CSV file using XSLT
Is it possible to convert the following characters:

9 replace with ' (right single quotation marks with apostrophies)
i replace with e
- replace with - (en dash with a hyphen/minus)

Within a CSV file using XSLT?

Using XML version 1.0, processing with Kernow.
