Binaries for Gestalt

Due to a desire on Rick Jeliffe's part for proof that it is possible
to have a portable XSLT 2.0 implementation of ISO Schematron, I've
made a couple of binaries of Gestalt available:

These are a snapshot of the subversion repositories as of yesterday
(because they are a snapshot, I have nothing to say with respect to conformance).
