I can use this for parsing and transformation and nothing else, that's the requirement. And the problem ;-)

which would mean that (depite the subject line) you could not use saxon 6
either, you'd have to use the xslt engine that comes with the JDK (which
is xalan, not saxon)
oh, my fault. Then I've to find out how extensions are used in xalan ...
