xml spit document elements
I'm trying to get the XSLT to spit out all mandatory elements (as per schema
definition). Seems that it currently omits an element out of the document
(even if it's mandatory in the output schema) if it's not present in the
input document.
I'm using Altova Mapforce 2007 to do the mapping and regardless of whether I
output to XSLT1 or XSLT2, I get the same behaviour.

Other than doing it by hand, and writing up the output XSLT structure by
hand etc. so that the elements are always there, is there an easy way to do
this sort of thing by any chance?
Changing tools is no prob. I just want something with the options, and
preferably as easy to use as Altova's MapForce.

Ps. Is there a way to import XSLT files into Mapforce somehow? I can't find
a way to do it. Seems pretty crappy in that respect. Is it just me?

Thanks

Cheers
