 citation processing
Has anyone written of knows of a stylesheet to process citations, eg:

"Bevan JS, Webster J, Burke CW, Scanlon MF. Dopamine agonists and
pituitary tumor shrinkage. Endocr Rev 1992;13:220-40"

Apparently this is based on Vancouver style - and there are several
nuances to its form (citations are new to me).

The target markup isn't important (any XML will do) I'm mainly
interested in the rules to split it up. I'm sure this must have been
done a million times before....

cheers
andrew
