This question seems off-topic for this list. I am also a bit
embarrassed to see my email id in your question. It's always courteous
to address questions to the list only (unless, some thread is in
progress).

I haven't used MathType. Search on google returned this link:
http://www.dessci.com/en/products/mathtype/. I guess you are seeking
help with this software. I suggest, please ask for help on support
section of this site.
