error url encoding
I don't have eclipse. Anybody know a good editor (for windows) that can save
correct ISO-8859-1 documents?

Thanks!

Hi Niklas

You are right. Something gets wrong when the file is saved. At this point
characters that can not be encoded are stored as '?'. And a '?' in turn will
be URL encoded as '%3F'. Do you have any other possibility to edit your source
files? May be with eclipse!?
