 I was thinking up how your code would look when I discovered the list code-generator (aka the redoubtable Mike Kay, in this case) beat me to it. I'd be curious (from Mike or other "real" programmers) what such an in-stylesheet flag would best look like, given that it (presumably) has to be a date. Midnight on Jan 1, year 0? (Can we be sure we'll never see this as a real date?) I guess there's no such thing as "NotaDate".
